Today, I bought a car at the High Line Car Connection in Waterbury and I want to say that before you buy a car, go see these guys who I met as they all worked with my wife and I. They were Lou, Charles and Peter. They were very welcoming, friendly and answered every question we had. They never rushed us and were very honest with us. The mechanic that I had who looked at this car told me this was an excellent deal for sure! I am giving them the highest rating allowed here because they deserved it for sure. All I can say is I will be back here again when I need another car and I am very happy that I felt today very comfortable buying a car there!!!

Service Department

I wanted to send out a big thank you to Dan and the service department at Highline. I did have one minor issue with my new car I recently purchased. The headlight was fogging up and Dan tried to fix it but no such luck. So, instead he ordered me a brand new headlight, installed in a half an hour. To me this is the ultimate in customer service and taking care of anything and everything!! Please, don't hesitate to bring your car to Highline, as the mechanics are great and Dan was a pleasure to work with. They answer their calls and will call back in a reasonable amount of time. The service was done and I was on my way. Thanks again Highline for doing what you do best!!!!

Amazing Experience

To start, I want to say this was the easiest and best car shopping experience I have ever had. My husband and I worked with Charlie and Lou. We needed 2 new cars and the stress of that alone was enough. I absolutely despise car shopping. Well, Highline changed the car shopping and buying experience for me and my husband. I found my car, loving it!!! My husband still needs a car and will be getting his from Highline as well. Anyone out there who has hesitations about car shopping, please go see these guys. My wife needed a car, so we looked online for what she wanted, we came across this dealership ( and glad we did), checked out the reviews and their inventory, we found an Elantra we liked. Called the place, talked to Lou, got into a good and polite conversation. We went down (about an hour drive) met with Charlie, showed us the car, took it for drive and an hour later we drove it home, this was the easiest and most pleasant dealer I have ever dealt with. Would highly recommend Highline to buy a car!!

Nice car

I was searching online for a 2015-16 Camry or Accord to replace my 2012 Camry. I live near Albany, NY, and saw a few options at Highline. I have family that lives near them, so I drove down on a Saturday to check them out. I found one I really liked and dealt with Mike. He was very nice, they negotiated a fair trade in on my Camry and we made the deal in a hour or so. I am very happy with my 2015 Camry. It has all the bells & whistles I wanted and I highly recommend them.
